What is most important?

Quick thought before I hit the hiking trail with my sister here in Colorado.

Productizing is actually pretty easy.

You just need fixed deliverables, outcomes, pricing, scope, and timeline—done.

But here's the thing: For a long time, I thought THAT was the main problem to solve.

In reality, it's just a symptom.

Sure, productizing makes your service more enjoyable & scalable.

But what matters MORE is validating the outcome you promise and how you position and sell that productized solution.

You can validate by talking about what you do, showing that you know, attracting attention, capturing that attention via a newsletter, and getting people to pay you to solve their problem over time by offering ascending offers around your expertise, IP, and frameworks.

There is no free lunch; it's hard work.

But knowing the steps and order makes it clearer and way more enjoyable.

If the map isn’t clear for you hit reply and let me know.

That is what I want to help you with.

Keep stacking 🧱 and get outside this weekend!
