3 Ingredients

Hey -

I hope you’re having a great Saturday.

I was journaling and thinking this morning about what actually makes up a great productized offering.

The transformation lies in understanding the critical distinction between ‘clients’ and ‘customers’ and mastering how to serve them effectively with the Productized Creator Model.

Here’s the essence of it: Clients buy your time, while customers buy your products.

It’s a subtle yet important difference. You want the majority of your income to be from customer purchases.

The trick is to not only attract your dream customers but ascend them by positioning your expertise in the most effective ways possible while also mapping to your goals and ideal business model.

The 3 Ingredients of a Productized Creator:

  1. Intellectual Property: Your unique expertise is invaluable. It’s what sets you apart and what you’ll offer to your customers. This isn’t just a service; it’s a specialized skill, your IP, unique frameworks, etc., that you’ve honed better than anyone else over many years.

  2. Technology: The backbone of scaling and service delivery. It’s not just about using tech; it’s about integrating it seamlessly into every aspect of your service to provide you as much leverage as possible. Think code, AI, and strategic systems.

  3. Service Element: This is where the magic happens. Combining your expertise and technology to create a unique, valuable package for your customers.

What I want to help you with is creating a consistent, high-quality experience on repeat that ascends your customers through one-time purchases, recurring done-with-you, and recurring done-for-you offers.

Implementing these ingredients means transforming from a traditional agency to a Productized Creator powerhouse in the market.

Have a great weekend and keep stacking bricks 🧱
